Collaboration - Recruitment and Retention -- Improving Pedagogy Preparation The Northern Colorado Community College/University Rural Teacher Preparation Initiative was funded by the National Science Foundation and was coordinated by faculty in the School of Education and the Center for Science, Mathematics, and Technology Education at Colorado State University as well as faculty from the partner community colleges. Dr. Christine S. Jones, CSMATE's Asst. Director was the Project Coordinator.
